I hope you don't mind a little constructive criticism. I think the ppl in the background are a little to blurry and the red outline is also. The small logos next the advisory are a distration form the title. Maybe you should put them at the bottom. Just suggestions. Overall I think it's a good concept, I like the fonts used, and the title is good.

[part2] one of my fav artists M.Shirow did a peice for intron depot 2. and i was looking for a DROW picture , and take a guess what i found there on devi.. a BITCH ripped the image off and recolored it , then when i called her on it she gave me greif . saying that she did nothing wrong . so i reported her ass to Shirow's publisher.
