How do you install a new theme and/or cursor when using Windows XP?.. I cant seem to find how.
easy you have to be an Adminastrator (if I spelled that right) and you go through the control panel to 'Mouse' and Pointer's (aka) cursors.
I found a tool in PC Magazine (when there tools where free) to create your own designs. called "Cursor Dance"
'Theme's' right click on your desktop go to "Properties" and you will seem the "Themes tab."
I recently installed some theme's and I had to go thru and change it all yuck.
There are sites like Windows XP Theme's (I will have to find the url), or you can google it.
But that is basical how you do it.
